Jazz and Odrą Festival tickets already available!

The program is packed with phenomenal proposals, making it difficult to predict which concerts will attract the most interest. “We have made sure that by choosing any performance, the audience will have the opportunity to listen to jazz at the highest world level,” says Igor Pietraszewski, the Artistic Council Director of the Festival since September last year.  

Jazz nad Odrą has hosted virtuosos and stars of the highest caliber on its stages. Buddy Rich, Stan Getz, McCoy Tyner, Brad Mehldau at last year’s anniversary edition – these are names that need no introduction to jazz music fans. The wider audience will surely recognize Cassandra Wilson, Joshua Redman, Pat Metheny, or Al Di Meola. 

This year, the program does not disappoint: on the stages of Impart Centrum and Vertigo Jazz Club & Restaurant, performances will feature, among others, the Makoto Ozone trio and Anna Maria Jopek, Marquis Hill, Joe Lovano, Obed Calvaire, Joe Sanders, the Janis Siegel/Yaron Gershovsky quintet from the famous Manhattan Transfer, and many more.  

Over the course of 5 festival days, there will be a total of 15 concerts – including a performance on April 24 by the winner of the Open Competition for Jazz Individuality in honor of Wojtek Siwek. The day before, the finalists will perform, and perhaps the rising stars of the Polish jazz scene will be discovered.
