Accreditation Process Regulations:
- Application Process: To have your accreditation request considered, please submit the application form.
- Applications will be accepted until March 31, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
- Information regarding the granting of accreditation and instructions for collection will be sent via email to the address provided on the form.
- Accreditations are free of charge.
- The number of accreditations is limited—each editorial team may receive a maximum of 2 accreditations (1 “PRESS” and 1 “FOTO/VIDEO”).
- Accreditation is issued in the name of the individual and cannot be transferred to another journalist or photographer.
- A “PRESS” accreditation grants access to all festival concerts. It also allows for interviews with the organizers and artists performing at the 62nd edition of Jazz nad Odrą (provided the artist gives their consent).
- A “FOTO/VIDEO” accreditation allows photographing and recording of concerts according to the rules established with the artists. The organizer does not guarantee the opportunity to photograph at every concert.
- Detailed rules for accredited journalists will be provided via email before the festival begins.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse accreditation without providing a reason and to change the criteria for granting accreditations.
- In the event of a violation of the accreditation usage rules, the organizer has the right to revoke the accreditation.
- The organizer reserves the right to grant accreditation for selected days and concerts only.
